DOMINIQUE IS DEDICATED TO SUPPORTING WOMEN AND MOTHERS TO FEEL STRONG, CONFIDENT AND CONNECTED TO THEIR BODIES.
DOMINIQUE PEACH
Dominique Peach (BMedSc, MPhyst) is a passionate Pelvic Health Physiotherapist dedicated to supporting women in reconnecting with their bodies through all stages of life.
Growing up along the Cronulla coastline, her appreciation for movement, wellbeing, and lifestyle medicine has shaped a career grounded in both clinical excellence and holistic care.
After completing her studies at the University of Sydney in 2007, Dominique developed an early interest in Women’s Health. She went on to complete her rotational year at Prince of Wales Hospital before moving to London in 2009, where she gained extensive experience across orthopaedics and trauma within diverse healthcare settings
Returning to Australia, Dominique continued working in orthopaedics and hydrotherapy before transitioning fully into women’s health—her true passion. She has since focused on pregnancy and postnatal care, incorporating Pilates-based rehabilitation and movement therapy to support women in feeling strong, confident, and connected to their bodies.
Dominique later worked as a Senior Women’s and Pelvic Health Physiotherapist at Mater Mothers’ Hospital, where she also contributed to the education and mentorship of physiotherapy students. Her approach combines strong evidence-based practice with compassionate, individualised care.
Now based on the Sunshine Coast and working within the maternity ward at Buderim Private Hospital, Dominique aligns deeply with the Breathe Health philosophy—creating a space where women feel safe, heard, and supported. She is committed to removing stigma around pelvic health, holding space for open conversations, and empowering women with knowledge, choice, and autonomy in their care.
As a mother of four beautiful children, Dominique brings a deeply personal understanding to her work with women and families. Her care is grounded in empathy, lived experience, and a genuine appreciation for the physical and emotional transitions of motherhood.
Her work reflects a belief that healing extends beyond the physical—integrating movement, breath, and nervous system awareness to support whole-person wellbeing. Dominique is passionate about helping women reconnect with themselves, trust their instincts, and move through life with greater ease, confidence, and vitality.
